Who we are

SalesKata is a sales-training application built and operated by Blue Tide Exteriors. This policy covers what we collect when you use the SalesKata website and app, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details you give us when you sign up (name, email, company).
• Training activity inside the app (lessons completed, drills, streaks, and role-play sessions) so your progress and the manager dashboard work.
• Payment information, which is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data (device, browser, approximate region) used to keep the app running and secure.

How we use it

• To run your account, your training plan, and your team's dashboard.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions.
• To send account and product messages you ask for. No spam.
• To improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the product (Stripe for payments, our hosting and infrastructure providers). Team admins can see the training activity of members on their own team. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account details in the app, or email us and we will take care of it. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
